Graduate Teaching Assistant – English Graduate | Gateshead SEND School Protocol Education is currently recruiting English graduates for a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position within a specialist SEND school in Gateshead. This role provides excellent experience supporting children and young people with additional educational needs while working alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff. Responsibilities Supporting pupils with SEND.Delivering literacy-based interventions.Providing classroom and 1:1 support.Encouraging communication and engagement.Assisting with behaviour support strategies.Contributing to an inclusive learning environment. Candidate Requirements Degree in English.Excellent verbal and written communication.Professional and reliable approach.Passion for education.Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
