Who is Spring into Deloitte: Finance for?

Our Spring into Deloitte programme is for students in their first year of university (or second year of a four-year course) who are on track for a 2:1.

This programme is particularly suited for students who wish to pursue a Finance career within Audit & Assurance or Tax. A career in Finance allows you to impact businesses of all sizes, whilst developing in-demand skills such as financial analysis, problem-solving, and client communication. It will open doors to a diverse range of career opportunities and provide significant contributions to the global economy.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

Predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline.

This programme welcomes students with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn. You'll gain practical experience and an insight into the work we do at Deloitte. If you're drawn to the analytical nature of Audit & Tax, you'll leave with enhanced skills and a clearer understanding of your career path having completed this immersive programme.

What will I be doing?

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting projects we run, and meet representatives from our diversity networks, including inspiring women and members of our Black Experience team. As well as gaining an insight into the work you could be doing, you’ll also hear more about our values and inclusive culture.

How could Spring into Deloitte: Finance launch my career?

Spring into Deloitte can open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to our Summer Vacation Scheme or Industrial Placement in Audit & Assurance or Tax.
