The basic salary is : £39,870.00 plus bonus opportunities.

The Multi Trade Role
- Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, specifically joinery, plus plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.
- Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
- Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role. Must have carpentry experience
- Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
- Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.
