We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Pharmacist Manager to lead our busy and well-established community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who enjoys delivering high quality patient care while leading and developing a supportive team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our local community and are looking for someone who shares our values.What you'll be doing
- Leading the day to day running of the dispensary.
- Delivering NHS services, including Pharmacy First and vaccination services.
- Building strong relationships with patients, GP surgeries and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring the pharmacy operates safely and in line with GPhC standards. A GPhC registered Pharmacist.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in community pharmacy (management experience desirable but not essential).
- Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
- Good support from owner pharmacist., No. Management experience is desirable but not essential. Competitive salary.
