A leading, cash-rich main contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team. The Role

You will take responsibility for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, working closely with commercial, operational, and bid teams to produce accurate and competitive pricing solutions.

Projects are likely to include:

• DfE school schemes

• Defence and secure environment projects

• Residential developments

• Refurbishment and new build works

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a main contractor is essential

• Strong background within estimating or pre-construction

• Experience within education, Defence, or residential sectors desirable

• Knowledge of DfE frameworks or public sector procurement advantageous

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
