With that in mind, they are now looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team in their Cadishead site.

Working as part of the Technical team, this is a varied role providing essential administrative support and helping to ensure technical information, documentation and actions are managed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing the team enquiry inbox, responding to internal and external requests for information, updating technical documentation and internal systems, and taking minutes and tracking actions from weekly team meetings. You'll also support the administration of non-conformances through to resolution, liaise with colleagues across the business to make sure agreed actions are completed, and provide additional administrative support to the Sales team when required.

To be shortlisted for this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fast paced admin role with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and good IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office. CSG are looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and confident working with a range of people and information. You'll be a proactive, positive self-starter who can manage your own workload while also enjoying being part of a team. Previous experience of using systems such as a CRM would be useful, as would an interest or experience in environmental compliance, but most importantly they are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a thorough job, follows things through and is keen to learn and develop within the role.
