Finance Manager

Competitive Salary + Excellent BenefitsAn Opportunity to Help Shape the Future We're seeking a strategic and experienced finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate and lead.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping the Association's long-term financial strategy and supporting the delivery of our ambitious business plan. You will be:
  • Professionally qualified (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
  • An experienced finance leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial management
  • Commercially aware, strategically minded and highly analytical
  • Skilled in budgeting, business planning, treasury management and financial reporting
  • An effective communicator, capable of presenting financial information clearly to a range of audiences
  • A collaborative relationship builder who thrives when working with colleagues, Board members, auditors, lenders and external stakeholders
