Variety of Shifts Patterns – Ad Hoc work Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV 1 Drivers to work on behalf of a world-leading distribution company based in Basingstoke.
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking drivers who can follow a structured delivery schedule and delivering great customer service at each location. Overview of the role :
- Adhoc shifts including weekends
- Overtime after 8 hours and weekend hourly rate of £25.56 an hour
- Deliver stock to retail stores in a timely and safe manner
- Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks when required
- Accurately complete all delivery documentation
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Comply with all driving regulations, including tachograph and working time rules
- Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points)
- HGV 1 Licence with 6 months experience of driving
- CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
