Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:

We’re recruiting for a commercially driven Sales Consultant to join a growing business in Chesterfield. Working with inbound enquiries and established opportunities, you’ll guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation and quotation through to closing the deal, while also developing new business opportunities across your market.

This role would suit someone with experience in sales, business development, account management or customer relationship management who enjoys building long-term customer partnerships and delivering tailored solutions.

We’d particularly like to hear from candidates currently working in a Business Development Executive ,  Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Consultant or B2B sales role.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Speaking with customers to understand project requirements
• Preparing tailored quotations and proposals
• Running Zoom calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
• Managing opportunities across both short and longer sales cycles
• Keeping your pipeline organised in HubSpot and following up consistently

Skills / Experience required:

• We’re keen to speak with people who have B2B sales experience and are confident managing conversations with customers at all levels – This is an essential requirement for this role
• Organised and able to manage your own workload
• Consistent and proactive with follow-up
• Customer-focused and adaptable in your approach
• Comfortable juggling multiple opportunities at once
• Motivated by progression and personal development
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is required
