We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our team in Strood, Kent , working closely with our freight partners.

This is a pure tramping role with lightweight loads. Drivers are not required to load or unload .

Truck Driver Job Details

Full-time guaranteed work
Shift start and end at home location
Shift length: 6–12 hours, with total duty hours not exceeding 60 hours per week (including bank holidays)
Most shifts start Sunday afternoon/evening, with night work required, finishing Thursday or Friday
Full daily and weekly rest periods (no reduced weekly rest)
Tramping between various UK distribution centres
No loading or unloading required
Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills required

Requirements

Valid C+E Licence , Driver CPC (DQC) Card, and Digital Tachograph Card
Understanding of tachograph and drivers' hours regulations
Minimum of two years' LGV Class 1 driving experience on UK roads
Good spoken English
No more than six penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements)
