Bodyshop Estimator
£28k - £35k per annum
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
The role of an Bodyshop Estimator is to correctly interpret Customer or internal instructions and complete estimates and associated documentation, by following documented Quality Procedures.
As a Bodyshop Estimator:
- You will need to examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required.
- You will monitor estimate/conversion rate.
- Have to ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.
- Be able to maintain appearance and manner in order to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy.
- Be able to maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff.
- Record any Customer complaints or non conformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective action by following documented procedures.
- Carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management. These may include visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
