Head of Maintenance, Milton Keynes

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Maintenance to lead the upkeep and performance of one of the UK’s most unique and exciting leisure venues. From keeping critical systems running smoothly to ensuring every part of the slope and surrounding facilities operate at peak performance, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day.

Leading and working alongside our established maintenance team, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the technical expertise to tackle challenges head-on. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and keeping complex operations running safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for a multi-skilled and adaptable professional with a strong electrical background, a passion for high standards, and the ability to inspire confidence across the team.
