We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a reputable car dealership located in Croydon, Surrey.

Benefits of a Vehicle Technician:- Up to £45,000 basic salary, dependent on qualifications and experience
- £6,000 annual bonus
- Full-time hours, 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements on Vauxhall vehicles and vans
- Perform servicing and maintenance strictly following Vauxhall manufacturer guidelines
- Repair and replace defective components such as injectors, seals, and other critical parts
- Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and conform to safety and performance standards
- Provide accurate estimates for repair times and produce detailed service reports
- Collaborate effectively with the workshop team under the guidance of the Workshop Manager
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent vocational experience
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester licence is advantageous but not essential
- Proven experience working on Vauxhall vehicles with strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on various mechanical tasks
- Proactive attitude and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship
