Restructuring Advisory Manager (Leeds)
I'm working with a leading top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice is looking to appoint a Manager‑level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory‑led restructuring work rather than process‑driven insolvency.
What You'll Work On
You'll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments , including:- Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
- Cashflow management and liquidity planning
- Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
- Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
- Exposure to complex, high‑profile administrations (where appropriate)

Who They're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or CPI / JIEB qualified
- Experience within a recognised Restructuring or Advisory team
- Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
- Leeds‑based or genuinely committed to working in Leeds
