We are looking for an enthusiastic band 6 Practice Development Nurse who has a passion in the development of Endoscopy. To provide evidence based clinical skills teaching and supervision within the clinical areas to ensure that endoscopy staff nurses develop the required competency for the safe delivery of patient care in line with local and national guidelines and agreed competency frameworks. This position will require someone with excellent communication skills who will enjoy working in a busy and dedicated team while managing their own workload.
