Talent Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager (12-14 Months)

We are reaching out about an exciting Fixed Term Contract opportunity with our client in St Helier. They are seeking a Talent Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager to provide maternity cover for 12-14 months, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing their talent operations within the technology sector. Joining our client’s team on this FTC, you will help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the talent function.
What you’ll do
- Support our client’s team with day-to-day talent administration activities across the business.
- Coordinate key processes related to hiring, onboarding and internal moves during the maternity cover period.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure smooth and compliant talent operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure strong communication around talent activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of talent processes throughout the 12-14 month FTC.
What you’ll need
- Ability to take ownership of administrative tasks and deliver work to agreed timelines.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional manner.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate records and smooth process execution.
- Clear, professional communication style when dealing with members of our client’s team.
- Comfort working in a temporary FTC role and supporting a maternity cover assignment.
