Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a more autonomous and rewarding community-based role? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Community IV Nurse to support patients receiving home-based intravenous therapies, including Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), across North & North West London. - Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with clinical protocols and service standards
- Support patients receiving IV therapies and TPN in the community
- Educate patients, families, and carers to promote safe self-management
- Conduct home visits for treatment initiation and follow-up care
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Identify and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Adhere to safeguarding, governance, and infection control procedures
- Maintain NMC registration and ongoing professional development
Essential
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Full UK or Irish driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Comfortable using digital systems and electronic documentation
- Enhanced DBS and occupational health clearance
