What you'll do

As an SME & Indirect CVM Manager you will be responsible for creating and delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, satisfaction and commercial growth across Vodafone Business. Working across channels including email, SMS, MMS and app push notifications, you'll use customer insight to develop effective communications and manage a key stage of the customer lifecycle.
Working closely with Commercial, Product and Business Enablement teams, you'll help shape campaign strategy, influence business decisions and deliver measurable results against key KPIs.

• You will own and deliver customer value management (CVM) plans that drive engagement and commercial performance.
• You will ensure all customer communications and activities are relevant, timely and effective, continuously identifying and improving anything that falls short of delivering a best-in-class customer experience
• You will deliver against agreed business and growth targets, taking proactive action to identify and close any performance or demand gaps to keep plans on track.
• You will work with internal teams and agencies to develop campaign briefs, manage delivery, provide clear feedback on creative content, and identify new opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
• You will ensure all customer communications align with our brand, tone of voice and legal requirements.
• You will track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights and results to improve customer engagement, brand performance and commercial outcomes.

Who you are

• You will have customer marketing experience, with demonstratable ROI growth
• You will have strong commercial acumen
• You will have good knowledge of data management, GDPR etc to enable appropriate governance
• You will have good experience with marketing technology and implementation of CRM capability
