Role One of our clients based in Chichester PO18 are looking for a General Opetrative to work on site at a large automotive company. The role is to support and ensure an excellent Customer experience for all on-site work wear requirements, reporting to the Account Manager you will be required to cover the following:
- Collection and distribution of Laundry on site
- Liaise with Laundry provider as required
- Garment Embroidery / applying ‘sewn on’ badges
- Order Processing & Order Query Resolution
- Order / delivery receipt tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Processing Returns
- Act as point of contact on site
- Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.
