- Check invoice details against available documentation to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain organised accounts payable files and supporting documents.
- Respond to supplier invoice queries and provide clear updates where needed.
- Prepare invoice information for payment processing in line with agreed schedules.
- Reconcile supplier account information and investigate differences.
- Update finance records promptly to provide reliable information for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Help maintain efficient day-to-day accounts payable processes.
