In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process – setting up and running operations like:
- Dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Completing documentation to ensure product quality
- Keeping equipment and rooms spotless and safe
- Staying on top of your training and compliance
- Performing in-process checks to maintain high standards
With a clear progression pathway in place, you will be able to progress through the grade structure as you gain more experience. Whether you’re aiming for technical mastery or leadership, we’ll help you get there.
