On behalf of our leading specialist relocations client, we are looking to appoint a dynamic, commercially minded sales professional to lead the department focusing on development, growth, profitability and continued evolution.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity, combining strategy, innovation, technology, commercial development and service delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for revenue growth, margin quality, profitability and long–term value creation.

What you'll do:

• Help shape how the service evolves across asset intelligence, workplace insight, occupancy data, ESG reporting, reuse, resale, refurbishment, remanufacturing, smart monitoring and wider lifecycle workplace solutions.
• Identify and win new business across corporate spaces, maintaining direct involvement in strategic account activity, selling consultatively to Stakeholders, Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, HR and senior leadership teams.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline, lead meetings, create tailored proposals, coordinate and progress opportunities from first conversation through to close.
• Develop the department's market positioning, helping to define target sectors, priority accounts, routes to market, sales messaging, customer entry points and strategic partnerships.
• Work with colleagues to develop the systems and technologies, shaping how products are packaged, priced and delivered, ensuring that services are commercially viable, operationally deliverable and clearly differentiated in the market.

What you need:

We're keen to speak to commercially sharp, solution–led business sales professionals with experience developing complex services, consultative propositions, technology–enabled solutions or operationally led commercial models.

Candidates must be able to understand client problems quickly and translate them into clear commercial, operational and sustainability outcomes. You will be confident operating with senior stakeholders, and proficient in performing strategic account–led activity while also shaping the wider service model behind the scenes.
