Purpose

To deliver and support learners through their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships on 16-19 Study Programme. This is a combined role delivering sessions on employability and life skills, provide advice and guidance on career progression and offer pastoral care throughout the learner journey for all leaners. In addition, part of their role will be focused on SEND specialism working with both learners and the wider 16-19 team. They will be working directly with young people identifying learning difficulties, developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), delivering targeted interventions, and supporting the Youth Education and Skills team to adapt lessons to ensure academic, social, and behavioural progress. Please note this will be a face to face role predominately in Norwich with occasional travel to London.
