Grounds Maintenance Operative
£13.38k per annumWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to be responsible for ensuring that the college grounds and external spaces are maintained to a high standard and providing a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will join our busy Estates team, including another grounds maintenance operative, caretakers, site security officers, and manager.

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 11.00am and 3.00pm.
Salary: The pro-rata salary is £13,383 per annum (based on a full-time salary of £24,759). The salary increases up to £13,598 per annum after the first year. You will also automatically become a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme .
