£15.10 per hour
Contract: 38.5 hours per week (3 shifts on week 1, 4 shifts on week 2 including some weekends)
Shifts: 8am – 8pm

As a Senior Care Practitioner, you’ll be a driving force on our care team—supporting residents, guiding colleagues, and ensuring exceptional, person‑centred care every day.

As a Senior Care Practitioner working days, your responsibilities may include:

Lead and support the care team to deliver consistently high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Oversee safe and accurate medication administration, stock control, and documentation.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and hands‑on support to colleagues throughout the shift.
Maintain excellent standards in care records, safeguarding, and the overall home environment.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Act as a calm, confident senior presence, using sound judgement to manage busy periods or challenges.
What we are looking for:

Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a residential or nursing home setting.
Proven ability to manage, administer, and record medications safely and confidently.
A compassionate, resident‑focused approach and the ability to set a positive example for others.
Confident communicator with good digital and administrative skills.
Someone who remains calm, supportive, and solutions‑focused under pressure.
