We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer with Water Sector experience to join our growing Flood and Coastal MEICA team based in our Cambridge or Bristol office.

You'll also have the opportunity to work with Clients on refurbishment and replacement projects throughout the flood defence sector, as well as collaborate with a truly multidisciplinary team of structural, civil, mechanical, and flood risk engineers. The Opportunity:
You'll be joining a highly motivated and collaborative team of engineers who are passionate about delivering sustainable, innovative solutions and who genuinely enjoy what they do.
You will lead the day-to-day technical delivery of electrical design services on multi-disciplinary pumping station and water control projects. You will oversee the production of high-quality design deliverables, including specifications, drawings, and schedules.
You will mentor junior team members, including graduates and apprentices, and play a key role in their career development.

You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer with a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for your clients and will have the following:
- Proven experience as a n Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer in the UK, ideally with a track record of delivering both electrical solutions across water and/or flood defence sectors.
- Supported, developed or mentored junior colleagues.
- Experienced with BIM processes and tools including Revit & Electrical modelling software (E.G., Trimble).
- A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters) in Electrical Engineering .
- Recently obtained chartered status.
