Location: Swansea
Salary: £45,000 per annum occupancy bonus
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 40-bedded care home in Swansea, providing elderly and dementia care. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to take ownership of a well-regarded service.

The Role

• Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
• Maintain full CIW compliance and quality standards
• Oversee occupancy, staffing, audits, and operational performance
• Lead, develop, and support the care team
• Build relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
• Drive quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or RMA, and registered
• Strong knowledge of CIW standards, safeguarding, and governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Local to the Swansea area (essential)
• Nursing qualification not required
• Sponsorship not available
