This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities ** To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin ** As a Nurse your key duties include:

- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess need and evaluate progress
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Post qualified experience acquired through professional training in a related environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills are key
- Able to show can-do attitude always
- Experience in a similar role
