BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing?

• You'll work closely with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) team, project teams and leadership stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• You'll support the delivery of MEICA commissioning activities, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed timescales, budgets and quality requirements while working alongside the MEICA Commissioning Manager and wider team.

• You'll collaborate with planning teams to develop commissioning programmes that align with overall project schedules and key delivery milestones.

• You'll be responsible for producing project-specific Commissioning Plans that support each phase of project delivery.

• You'll maintain and manage comprehensive commissioning diaries for each site, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.

• You'll oversee subcontract labour on site, ensuring safe systems of work are in place and that all documentation is checked and reviewed for compliance.

What you'll bring?

• • Do you have the technical qualifications required to perform the role of a MEICA Commissioning Engineer?

  • Do you hold a minimum ONC technical qualification?

  • Do you have experience working with Profibus systems?

  • Do you have a full understanding of WIMES standards?

  • Do you have experience in Instrumentation, Controls and Automation?

  • Do you have an understanding of SW telemetry systems?
  This role will incur travel throughout Scotland including the Highlands and Islands.
