We’re working with a well-regarded organisation looking for a People Advisor to join their collaborative HR team in Guernsey or Jersey.
This is a great opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle, working closely with the Chief People Officer and People Business Partners on everything from onboarding and engagement to performance and culture.
Ideal for a People Advisor ready for a new challenge or an HR Assistant keen to step up, this is a varied and people-focused role in a values-led business.
Hybrid working available — up to 3 days from home after probation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on People-related matters
- Contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development programmes, including training needs analysis
- Collaborate with the People Business Partners on performance, retention, and development programmes
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied and kept up to date
- Contribute to projects that enhance culture, values, and operational excellence
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes as required
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management
- Experience working across the full employee lifecycle
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A solutions-focused approach and a commitment to employee wellbeing and engagement
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
