A welcoming and established nursery in Didcot is looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging experiences and supporting children through the important early years of their development.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

* Plan and deliver creative activities linked to the EYFS.
* Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Observe and monitor individual progress.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.

About You

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

* A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
