Monarch Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools throughout Tameside.

We have a range of opportunities available, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and longer-term roles. This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils and making a positive impact in the classroom.

The Role

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies

About You

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience working within a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work

Desirable

• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs or other additional learning needs
