Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Location: Birmingham - B2 area
Pay: £14.50 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: Flexible shifts (between 06:00-00:00)
Contract: Flexible / Temporary
Requirement: Full UK driving licence About the Role
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference in your community? Kingdom is recruiting Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to support Birmingham, working closely with local partners to tackle anti-social behaviour and improve community safety. This is a hands-on, frontline role where you'll engage with the public, support vulnerable individuals, and help address issues such as rough sleeping, begging, and disruptive behaviour. What You'll Be Doing * Patrolling local areas and transport hubs to deter anti-social behaviour
* Engaging with individuals involved in rough sleeping, street drinking, and begging
* Providing support and signposting to appropriate services
* Investigating ASB incidents and managing casework
* Gathering evidence, preparing reports, and supporting legal proceedings
* Working alongside police, councils, and support services
* Supporting victims of anti-social behaviour and offering guidance
* Using a multi-agency approach to prevent and resolve community issues What We're Looking For * Confident communicator with strong people skills
* Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations
* Ability to defuse conflict and work with individuals from all backgrounds
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Good organisational and report-writing skills
* Physically able to patrol on foot for extended periods
* Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Full 5-year checkable work history required
