Sr. CRA 1 - Site Management
IQVIA seeks Senior Clinical Research Associates for site management across UK locations. The role involves conducting monitoring visits, managing study progress, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining regulatory documentation for clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per protocol and GCP
- Develop and track subject recruitment plans with sites to support enrollment goals
- Administer protocol training and maintain regular site communication
- Monitor study progress including regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, and data queries
- Maintain Trial Master File and Investigator's Site File documentation and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
- Minimum 2 years on-site clinical monitoring experience
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard laptop/mobile devices
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organizational, problem-solving, and financial management abilities
