About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established business based in the Tipton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to develop a long-term career within a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, along with genuine opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and production work to meet daily targets
- Using hand tools and supporting fabrication processes
- Working from technical drawings and job specifications
- Handling and moving materials safely
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
Essential
- Confident using hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Woodworking experience
- Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn)
