Job description

The Systems Development Team Manager will lead and manage a team of software developers responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions to support the College's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • The Systems Development Team Manager will lead and manage a team of software developers responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions to support the College's objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Have a Level 6 qualification in the area of Computing.
  • Have at least 3 years employment experience in design of software systems, with knowledge of full development life cycle using an Objected Oriented programming language, for example C# with a strong understanding of modern web technologies and SQL s.
  • Have experience in leading and managing software development teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Have experience with cloud platforms, APIs, GitHub / Azure or relevant technologies

Salary - £52,413 - £54,495 (per annum) Hours: 36 hours per week Annual leave 26 days per year NILGOSC Pension Scheme
