Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students to access their learningProviding one-to-one and small-group supportHelping students manage behaviour and emotional regulationBuilding positive and trusting relationshipsEncouraging students to participate in educationSupporting literacy, reading and written workActing as a positive role modelProviding encouragement and reassuranceSupporting students during breakfast and lunchtimeWorking closely with teachers and pastoral staffHelping create a safe, positive and engaging school environment The Ideal Candidate For this role, personality and attitude are just as important as experience.
