This established and well-known family friendly firm in Taunton is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to manage a varied caseload and grow with the team.
There is genuine progression in this supportive team – proven by the number of long-term employees who have progressed through qualification and equity partner status.
What will you do?
- Manage your own conveyancing caseload
- Manage all conveyancing matters to include freehold & leasehold sales & purchases , remortgages & equity release , transfers of equity , matrimonial conveyancing and leasehold matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
- 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
- Confident running files from instruction through post-completion with minimal supervision
- Unqualified candidates with significant experience handling your own caseload are welcome
- Those interested in business development and marketing are encouraged to get involved, but participation is entirely optional
