Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant Location: Swansea Start Date: ASAP Salary: £85.50 - £90 per day Are you an enthusiastic Secondary School Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting young people in their education? The school is looking for a Secondary School Teaching Assistant to support students across the secondary age range, with short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Secondary School Teaching Assistant will work alongside teaching staff to support learning in the classroom, encourage student engagement and provide additional support where required. The successful Secondary School Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting
• Experience supporting students within a classroom environment is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Good behaviour management skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to support students across the school
