Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients' needs. To be responsible for your own caseload, working without direct supervision Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel. To be able to carry out comprehensive therapy assessments and interventions in line with best practice to gain a holistic assessment of patients with a wider range of impairments Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices. Undertake evidence based audit and research projects to further own and teams clinical practice. Working closely alongside other Professionals such as Physiotherapists.
