Behaviour Mentor
We're working with schools across Bristol as they get ready for the new academic year, and they're on the lookout for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their school.
Are you someone that can offer encouragement, positivity and consistency? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and caring Behaviour Mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
What you’ll be doing:
- Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
- Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
- Leading small group activities
- Helping pupils engage with learning
- Support pupils to feel safe and understood

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
