Shape the Future of Community Mental Health. Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust is undergoing an exciting transformation of community mental health services to develop integrated neighbourhood mental health teams. We are committed to providing robust clinical pathways and ensuring that people using our services have timely access to high quality, evidence-based psychological interventions. To support delivery of our clinical pathways we are investing in a range of psychological roles. We are recruiting to 9 Psychologist posts (Band 7/8a) to join our Adult Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Services across Surrey. Available Locations
These roles will sit within - and in some cases work across - our new community neighbourhood teams, supporting the delivery of integrated, person-centred care. Why Join Us?
As a Trust we pride our-selves on our innovative and collaborative approach to providing the highest quality, person-centred care: As part of our transition to a neighbourhood model of care, we are developing integrated clinical pathways across primary, secondary care and crisis and emergency service. Each of the advertised roles is key to ensuring therapies pathways are high quality, effective and accessible across the adult age range, and that psychosocial interventions are embedded in wider service delivery.
