ESOL Associate Lecturer

Salary £13.45 - £20.52 per hour, depending on duties performed

About The Role

Working for our subsidiary company

Sparks Teaching Services , you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions to ESOL Students. This is a zero hour contract with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview stage.

Main Duties May Include But Not Limited To

• Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
• Preparation of teaching materials
• Assessment and moderation
• Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
• Responsibility for administration relevant to the post.
• Student Support
• Independent Studies supervision
• Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings
• Participation in Continuous Professional Development
• Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process.
• Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure.
• College Commitment to Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity
