We have more than 1,200 staff working in our schools, college, short breaks, day services, residential care, supported living, employment services and family support. Our Salary is from B1 £25,310.90 working through points to B4 £26,925.63“To progress within the points band, applicants must complete a qualification relevant to the role, if they do not already hold one. The society will cover the cost of this qualification, and once successfully completed, the employee will be eligible to move up the points. Please note, it is mandatory for this role.
