Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manager to deploy 3PL partner management excellence across EMEA. The role establishes standardized partner processes, governance frameworks, and performance management capabilities while supporting the transformation toward an asset-light supply chain model.
Responsibilities
- Deploy standardized partner contracting policies and guardrails across EMEA logistics contracts
- Build performance management frameworks tracking operational and financial metrics against commitments
- Establish partner segmentation and engagement models aligned with global standards
- Train regional teams on new capabilities and maintain centralized performance tracking tools
- Support governance cadences with DS&E and provide enterprise standards adherence updates
Requirements
- 8-10 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or vendor coordination
- Experience managing multiple markets operations and cross-functional governance
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain process documentation and reporting systems
- Analytical skills with focus on identifying process gaps and improvements
- Organizational capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in operational process coordination and structured execution
