Corporate Solicitor (Associate) | Corporate / M&A | Belfast | Market-Leading Salary + Bonus + Hybrid Working
We're partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading corporate law firms to recruit an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate & M&A team.
With a strong pipeline of high-value transactional work and an impressive client portfolio spanning entrepreneurial businesses, investors, private equity houses, technology companies and established corporates, this is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the region's most significant corporate transactions.

The Opportunity
Working alongside highly regarded corporate partners, you'll advise on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and investments
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance and commercial advisory work
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
The team acts for clients across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, energy, hospitality, retail and professional services, providing exposure to complex, high-value work from the outset.

About You
We're keen to speak with qualified solicitors who:
- Are qualified in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
- Have approximately 2-6 years' PQE in Corporate or Commercial law
- Possess strong technical and drafting skills
- Are commercially minded and enjoy building client relationships
- Want to work on high-quality transactions within a collaborative, ambitious team
- Are looking for genuine career progression in a firm that recognises and rewards performance
