We're delighted to be recruiting for a talented IFA Administrator to join a highly regarded financial planning firm based in Edinburgh. In this role, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, working closely with the financial planners to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience.

Skills/Experience:
Circa two year's financial services experience in a similar role.
Experience working with in wealth management.
Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial.
Core Responsibilities:
Supporting the Financial Advisers.
Preparing annual review packs.
Processing new business and withdrawals.
Dealing with client & planner queries.
Answering phone calls.
