Require meal preparation assistance for daily home meals
I’m looking for a friendly helper to assist with preparing meals at home. The goal is to plan and cook balanced, easy-to-follow meals for two adults, with simple grocery shopping, batch cooking when possible, and clean as you go. Preference for nutritious, budget-conscious options and accommodating any dietary restrictions (gluten-free and dairy-free options would be ideal). Ideal candidate is punctual, understands portion control, and can adapt to a flexible schedule. Please include basic meal planning and a short grocery list for the week. No heavy lifting required beyond kitchen tasks.
