What You'll Do

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results, building a high-performing team, and creating an environment where consumers connect with the adidas brand.

You'll:

• Support the leadership and direction of a flagship retail team
• Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding commercial results
• Create exceptional consumer experiences that bring our brand to life
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members to reach their full potential
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise results
• Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for service excellence
• Ensure visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards are consistently delivered
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

You are an energetic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about sport, fashion, and people development.

You'll bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within a retail environment
• A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to analyse performance and make impactful business decisions
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences
• Confidence managing competing priorities while maintaining operational excellence
