Responsibilities
- Phone answering, handling all inbound calls from patients to the call centre using the agreed protocols.
- Logging, verifying or amending details on the internal computer system.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE's Grades A-C or equivalent in English Language and Maths and two years suitable and recent experience.
- Or Four years suitable and recent experience in an office receptionist or call centre environment within the past five years.

Please note that this vacancy will close at 12 Noon on Wednesday 17th June. Computer keyboard skills will be assessed by an aptitude test as part of the interview process.
